国际人力资源可持续发展联盟（IAHRSD）简介

国际人力资源可持续发展联盟（IAHRSD）是高度关注人力资源可持续发展的非政府非营利团体，由不同领域的社会精英组成，成员在各自的领域都卓有成就，他们汇集广泛的知识、经验与资源，致力于协助该联盟完成两大使命：
造就高素质的人力资源
保持高素质人力资源不断提高、发展

选择人力资源可持续发展战略，培养高素质人力资源，不但能够减少我们对自然资源和经济资源的消耗与消费，而且能利用有限的资源创造出更多更好的新资源。
知识经济的快速发展迫切需要高素质的人力资源，客观上推动了人力资源实现持续发展。自然资源的发展比较缓慢，是一个不可控的过程，而相对来说，人力资源的发展较快，是个可控的过程。因此只要措施得当，控制得力，人力资源就可实现持续的发展。
国际人力资源可持续发展联盟（IAHRSD）现已成为促进可持续发展的一股力量。

International Association of Human Resource Sustainable Development（IAHRSD）is NGO & NPO and dedicate to human resource sustainable development. IAHRSD associates of elites who achieve outstanding success. They gather far-ranging knowledge, experience and resource to devote them to the mission of IAHRSD:

1. Bring up high competencies human resource
2. Develop and improve high competencies human resource

Train high competencies human resource and choose human resource sustainable development strategy can reduce the waste and consumption, use limited resource to create more and better new resource.
Rapid developments of knowledge economic need high competencies human resource insistently drive human resource sustainable development objectively. Natural resources develop slowly and cannot be controlled via-a-via human resource development fast and under control. Therefore human resource sustainable development can be achieved through suitable measure and efficacious governing.
IAHRSD now become an effective strength to accelerate sustainable development.
